How can I return my Posture Brace?

We get it, sometimes something just doesn’t work for you, and you want your money back. If your Posture Brace is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below, which includes rules about fair use.

If you wish for another size, simply return your item back and re-order with free delivery

For all returned items, please fill out the following returns form and include your name, order number and reason for return.


What if I don’t have a printer to print of my returns form?

Simply return your packaged order with a paper slip including all the relevant information mentioned above to the following address.

If you return an item requesting a refund within 30 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we’ll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of having received the returned item.

If you request a refund for an item during the above timeframes but you can’t return it to us for some reason, please get in touch –


Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We provide free delivery with all orders; the return cost is the customers responsibility.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

What if my product is faulty?

If you find that your goods are faulty on arrival or become faulty within a reasonable time, then you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or a refund. If you can send us a photo of the faulty item, please do so via

What if my order arrived via Amazon?

We do use Amazon as a courier service for some of our orders, if you have ordered via our website and receive it in an amazon packaged box please don’t be alarmed and still follow our policies on the website.

If you purchased from Amazon, please return the order back to the Amazon warehouse via your account section under “My Orders”
